Tactics are passive abilities/improvements. Tactics can be purchased from a trainer using Tactic Points which are gained at intermitant levels. You can equip tactics in tactic slots of which there are a total of 7 covering 3 different tactic types. There are 4 Career Slots, 2 Renown Slots and 1 Tome Slot.


  • Career Tactics - General tactics used to improve individual abilities or statistics.
  • Renown Tactics - Tactics that improve PvP performance only.
  • Tome Tactics - Gained from Tome unlocks.


You will end up with more tactics that you can equip at once. Tactics can be grouped into sets which can be stored and switched between to allow different setups to be used in different combat situations.
